SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
Orders will typically be processed within 3-5 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note, the processing time does NOT include shipping and delivery time.
Selecting an expedited shipping service will NOT shorten the processing time.
If the current processing time is longer than the above information it will always be posted on the announcement bar found at the top of the website homepage.
Pre-Order Products will have a different processing duration and will be noted. - Please refer to the information given for the pre-order products.
US SHIPPING
If you need to change your address: Contact us immediately via our email, designmylifeplanners@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @designmylifeplanners to make the change. Please check that your shipping address is correct before purchasing, especially if you use PayPal for your payment.
We cannot guarantee that the change is possible if your order has been fulfilled, as nothing can be done to change or re-route your order.
You will be responsible for the cost of the incorrectly addressed packages and additional shipments.
Delivery Dates Not Guaranteed: Shipping times are in addition to our processing time and the estimates are provided by USPS.
Shipping Fee: Shipping fee will be calculated by weight at checkout. Tracking numbers are included.
In the Event of a Delay, Missing or Defective Package: Contact your local mail carrier or post office as soon as possible, as they are the best/quickest way you can receive help. We will always do what we can do what we can within our capabilities to help the situation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The shipping cost is determined by dimension and weight determined by USPS.
The transit time will vary based on the destination (sometimes up to 6 weeks), even though the stated delivery time is between 6 - 10 days.
Please note that your destination country may choose to hold, examine, or delay, delivery according to their import protocols and procedures. This is outside the control of USPS, UPS and Design My Life Planners. Please contact your local carrier(s) or government agency if tracking shows a delay after arriving to your destination country.
You are also responsible for any customs/VAT tax imposed by your country.
